The composition is successful and complete, each unique aspect of the drawing pulls the eye, and I notice new things every time I look at the drawing. There are a lot of individual and unique parts but they do not make the drawing feel cluttered, and there is sufficient space for the eye to rest. I believe that adding anything more to the drawing would cause it to become cluttered. A full range of tones was used and in particular the texture and shading in the tower and on the dress are very well done and really convince the observer of the movement in the fabric and the weight in the stone of the tower. The visual elements are proportional for what they are and how they correspond to the rest of the drawing. The only area that appears disproportional in the drawing is the face of the central woman, and that could be adjusted by adjusting the shadow cast on her face.
